Brian S. Kerr, MD, FACP, FCCP is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and received his MD from New York Medical College. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Rhode Island Hospital – Brown University, and his Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine – Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Kerr has been in practice with Ocean Pulmonary Associates, PA for over 30 years. Dr. Kerr is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease.

Walter A. Wynkoop, MD, FACP, FCCP, is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine where he completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency, as well as his Pulmonary/Critical Care and Sleep Fellowship.

Dr. Wynkoop joined Ocean Pulmonary Associates, PA in 2003. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine.

Dhiren A. Shah, MD, FACP,FCCP is a graduate of Pramukhswami Medical College, India. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency, as well as his Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship at Seton Hall University School of Graduate Medical Education – St. Michael’s Medical Center.

Dr. Shah joined Ocean Pulmonary Associates, PA in 2006. Dr. Shah is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine.

Emad Kamel, MD, FACP,FCCP is a graduate of the University of Alexandria School of Medicine and Surgery, Egypt.  He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency, as well as his Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship at SUNY Downstate, Brooklyn, NY.

Dr. Kamel joined Ocean Pulmonary Associates, PA in 2006. Dr. Kamel is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine.

Patrick J. Alcasid, MD, FCCP is a graduate of Boston University and received his MD from University of Santo Tomas, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Philippines. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, and his Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ.

Dr. Alcasid joined Ocean Pulmonary Associates, PA in 2009. Dr. Alcasid is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.

Muhammad K. Khan, MD received his MD from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn NY where he also completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency, as well as his Pulmonary/Critical Care and Sleep Fellowship.

Dr. Khan joined Ocean Pulmonary Associates, PA in 2016. Dr. Khan is Board Certified in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.

Shrinil Patel, MD graduated Medical School from Smt. NHL Medical College, Ahmedabad, India. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine from Jersey Shore University Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Patel completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship from NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn, NY.

Dr. Patel joined Ocean Pulmonary Associates in 2022; he is Board Certified in Internal and Pulmonary Medicine and Board Eligible in Critical Care.
